These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Vander Liquidations LLC, doing business as The Bargain Busters. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
The Bargain Busters offers text messaging to communicate with customers about appliance repair and maintenance services. Depending on which consent you provide, messages may include:
Service and transactional messages
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes
- Technician arrival and ETA notifications
- Quote and estimate follow-ups
- Service status updates and invoice or payment notifications
Marketing messages (separate opt-in required)
- Appliance maintenance reminders
- Seasonal offers and service promotions
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in by checking the consent box on a form at thebargainbusters.com, or by another written method we provide. Service messages and marketing messages require separate consent. Checking the box for service messages does not enroll you in marketing messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Being a past or current customer does not by itself enroll you in this program. We do not send marketing text messages to anyone who has not affirmatively opted in.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Marketing messages, if you have opted in to them, are sent no more than four times per month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Bargain Busters does not charge for text messages.
5. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also call us at 602-616-4338 or email info@thebargainbusters.com to be removed.

7. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.
8. Privacy
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information collected as part of the SMS consent process, including opt-in status and phone numbers, will be shared with any third parties or affiliates. We do not use purchased lists or third-party lead lists to send SMS messages. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
